1. Services Offered

Expert Tutors Help provides online tutoring services in the UK, including English, Maths, Science, and exam preparation. All services depend on tutor availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

2. User Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent if under 18. You agree to provide accurate details during registration and keep your information updated.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and secure. Please inform us immediately if you notice unauthorised access or any security issues.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All lesson fees must be paid 4 weeks in advance through Direct Debit or other approved methods.

• If a student misses a class and fails to inform us within 24 hours, no refund or replacement will be provided.

• If informed before 24 hours, a replacement class may be arranged within the same month.

• Tutors will wait up to 15 minutes for the student. After that, the session will be marked as missed, and the full fee will still apply.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Lessons must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before may qualify for a replacement within the same month.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect all users to act respectfully during sessions. Any rude, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards tutors or other staff will result in termination of services without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, graphics, and learning materials, is the property of Expert Tutors Help. You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Expert Tutors Help is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages resulting from service use. While we aim to provide high-quality tutoring, we do not guarantee specific academic results.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be shown on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the United Kingdom.
